• Warranties
• TEC-AID warranties all software products for a period of one year from the date of purchase.   This warranty is limited to support and replacement. A free trail of thirty days is offered on all TEC-AID products, the free trial versions are the same as purchased versions.  Once purchased and the activation codes are issued no refunds are offered and all sales are final. TEC-AID specifically disclaims and excludes any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use. TEC-AID programs are designed for use in both Peer-To-Peer and Client/Server networking installations.   However, we are not experts on networking.  We recommend that you test your network using our sample programs.  We will be happy to furnish our connection protocols so that you can test this segment toughly.   We do not offer network support.
